Dr Todd Wood was very personable.
While waiting in the office, one of the nurses was conducting business on her phone as she expressed anger about a charge and was threatening to report them to the BBB. Not very pleasant or professional. Also, the nurse who took my blood pressure put the wrist blood pressure monitor on backwards. I told her about it but she said that was the right way. She put the face on the front of my wrist; that is why my pressure was so low. Thought you would want to know. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

He did a great job slicing out my cherry tomato-sized cyst from my chest. And we had nice conversation and shared some laughs while he did it. He seems like a really nice guy who really enjoys what he does.
